All payments for services must be paid in full before the session.

The style form submitted by the client is the base of the lookbook and therefore the accuracy of the session depends on those responses.

No refunds are given unless at the discretion of the company.

If the client is unsatisfied with a service, they have a right to discuss their complaint with Achicka. An agreed resolution will be discussed where both parties are happy.
